活血化瘀药在抗恶性肿瘤转移中的应用探讨

近年,关于活血化瘀药抗恶性肿瘤转移的研究日渐深入、广泛,随着相关细胞实验、动物实验的不断进行,使其循证医学依据得到一定程度的完善。但目前活血化瘀药在抗恶性肿瘤转移中的应用仍存在许多问题,如实验数据不足、临床辨证与治疗缺乏量化标准等。文章从恶性肿瘤转移与血瘀证的关系入手,分析活血化瘀药抗恶性肿瘤转移时体现的优势及存在的问题,对临床抗恶性肿瘤转移时使用活血化瘀药的方法综以述之,希望为以后的相关研究提供思路。

Application of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs in anti-malignant tumor metastasis

In recent years,the research on anti-malignant tumor metastasis of drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis has been increasingly in-depth and extensive. With the continuous progress of related cell experiments and animal experiments,the evidence-based medical basis has been improved to a certain extent. However,at present,there are still many problems in the application of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs in anti- malignant tumor metastasis,such as insufficient experimental data,lack of quantitative criteria for clinical dialectics and treatment,and so on. Therefore,this paper intends to start from the relationship between malignant tumor metastasis and blood stasis syndrome,analyze the advantages and existing problems of anti-malignant tumor metastasis of huoxue stasis medicine,summarize the methods of using huoxue stasis medicine in clinical anti-tumor metastasis,hoping to provide ideas for future relevant studies.
