| 摘 要： | 半夏作为临床常用药,现代教材将其功效总结为“燥湿化痰,降逆止呕,消痞散结”,是对历代医书中半夏功效的去粗取精、整体论述,为了专门探究张仲景使用半夏经验,文章通过分析《伤寒杂病论》中所有有关半夏的条文,具体分析了各条文半夏作用,对其用法进行归纳,总结张仲景使用半夏的特点,并将半夏功效进行概括。

| Abstract: | Pinellia ternate,as a common clinical drug,its efficacy is described by modern textbooks as "drying dampness and eliminating phlegm,lowering athwart and stopping vomit,removing ruffian and dispeling vinculum". It is to discard the dross and keep the finer part while it''s holistic discourse. In order to demonstrate the use of Pinellia ternata by ZHANG Zhongjing specifically,this paper studied all the sections which were related to Pinellia ternata in Treatise on Febrile Disease.Then it analyzed the corresponding efficacy of Pinellia ternata in each section and summarized its usage. Furthermore,this paper concluded the characteristics of the use of Pinellia ternata by ZHANG Zhongjing. Lastly,it summed up the efficacy of Pinellia ternata. |
