| 摘 要： | 脂肪肝已取代病毒性肝炎成为第一大肝脏疾病,脾失健运、浊邪入血为本病主要病机,病位在肝,发病与多条经脉、五脏的功能失调有关。治疗上以血浊理论为指导,采用针刺"理血化浊法",针药结合,配合刺络放血、拔罐等手法,以提高和巩固疗效。

| Abstract: | Fatty liver has replaced viral hepatitis as the number one liver disease. The main pathogenesis of fatty liver is spleen dysfunction and turbid pathogen entering the blood. The disease is located in the liver,related to the dysfunction of multiple meridians and five zang. The treatment is guided by the theory of blood turbid,utilizing "the method of rectifying blood and cleaning blood turbid" in acupuncture,a combination of acupuncture and medicine,combined with pricking blood letting,cupping and other methods to improve and consolidate the efficacy. |
