| 摘 要： | 1／2MS培养基添加活性炭、植物激素及香蕉汁、苹果汁、土豆汁等对铁皮石斛Dendrobium canducum Wall．ex LindL快速繁殖的影响研究，结果表明：适量的活性炭和1．0mg／LNAA比较适合铁皮石斛原球茎的增殖；1／2MS及添加0．5mg／LNAA和0．5％活性炭比较适于原球茎的分化；添加0．5％活性炭和香蕉汁、苹果汁能促进试管苗根的生成和生长。

| Abstract: | Effects of additives on tissue culture and rapid propagation of Dendrobium canducum Walla ex Lindal by 1/2 MS added activated charcoal, plant growth regulators, banana juice, apple juice and potato juice were studied The result showed that the medium 1/2 MS+0 1 mg/L NAA+0 5% activated charcoal was suitable for propagation of protocorm like body (PLB), the medium 1/2 MS+0 5 mg/L 6 BA+0 5% activated charcoal was suitable for differentiation of PLB, and 0 5% activated charcoal, banana juice and apple juice could promot root formation and growth |
