| 摘 要： | Toxoplasma gondii is a world-wide parasitic protozoan which invades and resides in all warm-blooded animals. It is a transmissible source of infection to human. Whereas toxoplasmosis is generally asymptomatic in immunocompetent individuals, reactivation of chronic toxoplasmosis or primary infection can lead to severe disease in patients with immune deficiency, especially HIV suffers, and patients following transplantation operations. Infections in pregnancy women may lead to dramatic sequences such as abortion, dead-born, or malformation.
