宣城市0~7岁儿童1842例指血微量元素分析

摘    要:目的探讨宣城市0~7岁儿童指血微量元素铜、锌、钙、镁、铁含量的测定,了解该市儿童微量元素水平,为儿童预防保健提供科学依据。方法使用北京博辉创新光电技术股份有限公司提供的BH5100火焰原子吸收法测定铜、锌、钙、镁、铁。结果锌缺乏占第1位,为64.2%;铁缺乏占第2位,为45.3%;钙缺乏占第3位,为22.1%,男女儿童之间差异无显著性。结论宣城市微量元素尤以锌、铁缺乏严重,应提高认识,做到早发现、早治疗,及时补充微量元素,预防疾病发生。

Analysis of Microelement in Finger Blood in 1842 Children Aged 0-7 Years in Xuancheng City

Abstract:Objective To investigate the levels of trace elements (copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium, iron ) in finger blood in children aged 0-7 years in our city, so as to provide the scientific foundation for child care. Methods The levels of copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium, iron in finger blood of 1842 children were detected by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results Zinc deficiency ranks first (64.2%) , iron deficiency was second (45.3 % ) , calcium deficiency was third (22.1% ) , the difference between boys and girls was not significant. Conclusion In our city, trace elements deficiency in children were severe, especially the zinc and iron deficiency, it should be found and treated early, supplement of trace elements should be done in time, so as to prevent the occurrence of disease.
