小切口治疗小儿腹股沟疝的临床研究

目的:减少创伤。方法:随机对小儿腹股沟疝61例,行经外环投影处皮横纹小切口治疗,并与同期行传统方法治疗的85例进行对比研究,随访1—5年(平均2.3年)。结果:切口长度、平均手术时间、平均住院时间、住院费用及术后阴囊血肿等指标分别经t检验和卡方检验,均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:经外环投影处皮横纹小切口治疗小儿腹股沟疝,具有创伤小、术后并发症少、恢复快、费用低等许多显著优点。

A Stady on Treatment of Inguinal Hernia Using Mini-incision on Ingeuinal External Ring

Objective:To decrease trauma. Method: 61 cases of inguinal hernia were randomly treated using mini - incision on skin striation of the projection of external ring. All of patients had been followed up for 1 to 5 years (mean 2. 3 years ) The effects of therapy from 61 patients with inguinal hernia were compared with that of 85 cases by tranditional methods. Results :There were significant differences (p<0. 01) in the incision length,the mean hospitalization time,the mean operation time,the hospitalization cost between nini incision group and tranditional procedure group. Conclusions:There are niany advantages such as little trauma,less complications,lower cost etc in miui-ineision group.
