| 摘 要： | 目的 检测第四人体表皮生长因子受体(HER4)在结肠癌(Colon cancer)组织中的表达,探讨HER4过度表达与结肠癌临床病理的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学的方法检测69例结肠癌组织中HER4的表达.结果 结肠癌组织中HER4的过度表达率为78.26%.结肠癌中HER4的过度表达仅与淋巴结转移及Dukes分期有关(P<0.05).结论 erbB4基因是结肠癌生长的一个调控基因,干预HER4蛋白的过度表达可能是治疗结肠癌的有效方法. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of HER4 in colon cancer and elucidate the relationship between its over-expression and the clinicopathology. Methods Sixty-nine cases of paraffin-embedded tissues from informative colon cancer were tested for the expression of HER4 by means of immu-nohistocbemical assay. Results The over-expression rate of HER4 in colon cancer was 78.26%. The o-ver-expression of HER4 was correlated only with the lymph node metastasis and Dukes staging (P <0.05). Conclusion erbB4 is one of the genes to regulate the growth of colon cancer and artificial inter-ference of the over-expression of HER4 might be a good way for the treatment of colon cancer. |
