前列腺癌中PCNA、p16蛋白的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的 :探讨前列腺癌中增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)、p16蛋白的表达与意义及两者之间的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化 (S -P法 )对 5 0例前列腺癌进行PCNA、p16蛋白的免疫组化检测。结果 :前列腺低分化腺癌PCNA指数(PCNA_LI)显著高于高分化腺癌 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而p16蛋白表达阳性率明显降低 (P <0 0 5 )。p16蛋白阳性的前列腺癌PCNA_LI显著低于p16蛋白阴性者 ,差异具有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :随着前列腺癌分化程度的降低细胞增殖率升高 ,而p16蛋白表达率明显降低。p16蛋白表达缺失的前列腺癌细胞增殖较旺盛。PCNA、p16蛋白在前列腺癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用

Abstract:Objective: To study the expression and significance of proliferation cell nuclear antigen (PCAN) and p16 protein in prostatic carcinoma and the their relationship.Methods: With immunohistochemistry (s_p) assay, immunohistochemical detection of PCNA and p16 protein was performed in 50 cases of prostatic carcinoma.Results: The PCNA expression index was higher ( P<0.005 ) while the positive expression rate of p16 protein was lower ( P<0.05 ) in low differentiation group than those in high differentiation group. The PCNA expression index in P16 protein positive group was lower than that in p16 protein negative group so the difference is of statistical significance ( P<0.005 ).Conclusion: The lower differentiation of prostatic carcinoma, the higher the cell proliferation rate and the lower expression rate of p16 protein. The deletion of p16 protein expression might lead to an increase of cell proliferation rate in prostatic carcinoma. So PCNA and p16 protein play an important role in carcinogenesis and development of prostatic carcinoma.
