益气活血滋肾汤治疗高尿酸血症肾病的临床研究

目的观察益气活血滋肾汤治疗高尿酸血症肾病的临床疗效。方法将72例患者随机分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(30例),治疗组给予益气活血滋肾汤加别嘌呤醇,对照组给予别嘌呤醇,疗程均为8周;观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后血尿酸、肾功能、24小时尿微量蛋白、血脂和血液流变学指标的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为92.86%,对照组总有效率为66.67%(P<0.05);治疗组血尿酸、肾功能、24小时尿微量蛋白降低、血脂及血液流变学指标的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血滋肾汤具有降低高尿酸血症肾病患者血尿酸、减轻肾损害程度、改善血脂代谢及血液高凝状态等作用。

Clinical Study on "Yiqi Huoxue Zishen Decoction" in Treating Hyperuricemia Nephrosis

Objective To observe the clinical effects of "Yiqi Huoxue Zishen Decoction" in the treatment of hyperuricemia nephrosis.Method Seventy-two subjects were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 42 cases were given this Decoction plus allopurinol and control group in which 30 cases were simply given allopurinol;the clinical effects,plasma uric acid,renal function,24-hour protein,blood lipid and blood rheology were observed.Results The total effective rate was 92.86% in treatment group and 66.67% in control group,P < 0.05;the plasma uric acid,renal function,24-hour protein,blood lipid and rheology improved better in treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion This Decoction is effective to relieve hyperuricemia nephrosis,renal injury,improve blood lipid metabolism and blood hypercoaguability.
