脉通灵Ⅰ、Ⅱ号对NE、KCl引起的兔主动脉条收缩及AA、ADP诱导的血小板聚集的影响

摘    要:研究了脉通灵Ⅰ、Ⅱ号对家兔主动脉条收缩及血小板聚集的影响.结果表明:脉通灵Ⅰ、Ⅱ号(50~150g/L)对 NE、KCl 引起的主动脉条收缩有明显的抑制作用;当浓度为66.7~4.2g/L PRP 时,对 AA、ADP 诱导的血小板聚集也有较强的抑制作用。

Abstract:We investigated the effects of Mai Tong Ling Ⅰ,Ⅱ on the contraction of rabbit aortic strips and the aggregation of platelets.The results showed that Mai Tong Ling Ⅰ,Ⅱ at the concentration of 50~150g/L reduced the aortic contraction initiated by NE and KCI.In the experiments with rabbit platelet,the aggregation induced by AA(0.21~0.39 mmol)and ADP(8~18 mmol)was also inhibited by Mai Tong Ling Ⅰ,Ⅱ(66.7~4.2g/L PRP),re- spectively.
