Clinical observation of inhalation treatment of bronchial asthma Seretide

OBJECTIVE To probe into the clinical effect of inhalation treatment of bronchial asthma Seretide.METHODS Selected June 2009~March 2010 were admitted during the 92 patients with bronchial asthma,patients were randomly divided into two study groups and the control group 46 cases.After the two groups of patients are accepted by a clear diagnosis based on bronchodilator therapy,observed in this group of patients on the basis of conventional therapy plus inhaled treatment Seretide,and two groups of patients with clinical evaluation and other related conditions comparative analysis.RESULTS Compared with control group,the observation group,forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1) and forced peak expiratory flow(PEF) values of the percentage of total estimated value was significantly increased,there were significant differences(P<0.05).The observation group coughing and wheezing and chest tightness were significantly reduced duration of responser,there were significant differences(P<0.05).The efficiency of the observation group and total effective rate was significantly increased,without significantly reducing the efficiency,there were significant differences(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Inhalation treatment with Seretide asthma,its effect is remarkable curative effect for the treatment of patients with asthma have very important clinical significance,worthy of further promotion and application.
