杏鲍菇子实体多糖的提取和纯化工艺研究

摘    要:杏鲍菇是一种珍贵食用菌,杏鲍菇多糖具有多种生物活性,本文对杏鲍菇子实体中多糖的最佳提取条件进行了筛选,同时,应用sevage法除蛋白,乙醇沉淀,离心,真空干燥,得到多糖粗品。再用DEAE-纤维素层析法进行多糖的分离和纯化,最后采用紫外光谱扫描、琼脂糖凝胶电泳和高效液相色谱进行分析检测,最后获得单一多糖组分。

Study on Extraction and Purification of Polysaccharides from Pleurotus Eryngii Fruit Body

Abstract:Pleurotus eryngiiis a kind of rare and edible fungus.Its polysaccharides have various biological activities.In thepaper,some results of the extraction and purification of polysaccharides from the mycelia of Plcurotus eryngii fruitbody were reported.Firstly the mycelia was extracted in the best extraction conditions.Then the raw polysaccharides were obtained by means of ethanol precipitation,protein removal by sevage method.The raw polysaccharide were purified with column chromatography on DEAE-cellulose and collected by cleansed.Finally,The pure polysaccharides was detected by UV specral scanning,Agarose gel electrophoresis and HPLC.
