| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between insulin resistance(IR) and Cerebral hemorrhage(CH).METHODS The blood lipid,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),insulin(FINS) were examined in 21 CH,and 50 age matched controls,and their insulin sensitivity index(ISI) were calculated.RESULTS FPG,FINS in the CH group was significantly higher(P<0.001),ISI was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.001);TC,TG was significantly higher(P<0.05) when compared with controls.CONCLUSION There is IR in patients with CH,IR may be one of its risk factors for CH. |
