| 摘 要： | 目的分析地高辛血药浓度的监测结果,为临床个体化给药提供依据。方法采用荧光偏振免疫法对我院541例患者886例次地高辛血药浓度进行监测。结果监测结果在一般参考治疗浓度范围内的占72.01%,平均浓度为（1.10±0.39）ng.mL-1,达中毒浓度的占12.75%。女性患者的浓度比男性患者的略高,年龄对浓度的影响不大。结论地高辛血药浓度监测具有重要意义,需进行个体化临床评价。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To analyze the therapeutic drug monitoring results of digoxin and to provid dependable evidence for individualized administration.METHODS The concentrations of digoxin in 886 cases in our hospital were determined by fluorescence polarization immunoassay.RESULTS The results showed that 72.01% were within the norma1 referenced concentration range,with average concentration at(1.10±0.39)ng·mL-1,12.75% were intox concentration.CONCLUSION It is necessary to monitor the serum concentration of digoxin.The monitoring results must be analyzed closely with individualized method. |
