摘    要:目的优选杏鲍菇多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法采用响应面分析法,以多糖含量为指标进行实验,考察温度、醇沉浓度、料液比等因素对提取工艺的影响。结果杏鲍菇多糖的最佳提取工艺为:加药材40倍量的水,回流提取1h,提取2次,醇沉浓度为70%。多糖得率为7.74%。结论该优化工艺简便易行、重现性好,可用于杏鲍菇多糖的提取。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the extraction technology of polysaccharose in Xingbao mushroom.METHODS The method of response surface analysis was applied to study the extraction technology of polysaccharose.The influence factors were ratio of liquid to solid,concentration of alcohol and temperature.RESULTS The result of the experiment showed the optimum extraction condition as follow:40 times of water,extracting 1.75 hours for twice,the supernatant was precipitated with three volumes of 95% ethanol and the concentration of the ethanol was 70%.Under that condition the content of polysaccharose reached 7.74 percent.CONCLUSION The method is simple,stable and suitable for the extraction of polysaccharose in the Xingbao mushroom.
