| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a HPLC method for determining of Albendazole Granules.Methods：Waters CI8 column（4.6 mm x 150 mm,5μm）was used with a mobile phase composed of methanol-water（80：20）at the flow rate of 1.0ml/min,the detection wavelength was 295 nm and the temperature of the column was 30℃.Results：The calibration curve of Albendazole was linear in the range of 1-20μg/ml,r=1.0.the average recovery rate Was 100.1% with a RSD of 0.21%（n =5）.Conclusion：This method is accurate,realiable and can be used for the of determining Albendazole Granules. |
