Determination of Eleutheroside E in Ciwujia Eleutherosides and Total Flavonoids Soft Capsule by HPLC |

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Eleutheroside E in Ciwujia Eleutherosides and Total Flavonoids Soft Capsule.Methods： The HPLC method was used at a Diamonsil C18 column as analytical column,with the mobile phase of water containing 0.1% acetic acid-acetonitrile（86：14）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 210nm.Results：The concentration of Eleutheroside E was linearly related to its peak area in the range of reference substance of was 20.02～160.16μg/ml（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 99.28%（RSD=1.2%（n=6））.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and the results are stable with good reproducibility,so it can be used for the quality control of Eleutheroside E in Ciwujia Eleutherosides and Total Flavonoids Soft Capsule. |
