| 摘 要： | 目的观察破壁灵芝孢子油的急性毒性及致突变作用。方法分别进行急性毒性实验、骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验、精子畸形实验。结果破壁灵芝孢子油对雌雄小鼠经口半数致死量(LD50)均大于10g/kg体重,为实际无毒级物质;骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核实验和精子畸形实验未发现破壁灵芝孢子油对小鼠有致突变作用。结论破壁灵芝孢子油是一种安全而且具有很高药用和食用价值的物质。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the acute toxicity and mutation of broken cellwall lucid ganoderma spore oil. Methods Acute toxicity test,micronucleus test of bone narrow cell, spern shape abnormality test were used to detect it genetic toxicities. Results The orally LD50 of broken cellwall lucid ganoderma spore is more than 10 g/kg;the result of micronucleus test indicates that the control group and the dose groups have no difference.However,these groups have significant difference compared with the positive group. The same results were observed in sperm shape abnormality test. Conclusion Broken cellwall lucid ganoderma spore oil is safe. |
