三级预防策略在医院感染控制中的应用

目的 探讨以预防为核心，更有效、更经济的防治措施，降低医院感染的危害。方法 将三级预防策略应用在医院感染控制中。结果 一级预防是医院全人群根本预防，突出健康教育、知识培训、环境改善、各项制度及操作强制性督导等措施来实施；二级预防是重点科室的防治，消除易感人群的危险因素，做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗；三级预防是控制医院感染发展、降低病死率、防止医院暴发流行；三级预防强调预防为主的综合性措施，增强医院人群对医院感染的关注和热情，积极参与医院感染控制实践中。结论 医院感染预防和控制l立充分发挥三级管理组织作用，做到全员参与、综合预防、全程监控、提高医院感染管理水平。

Application of Three-grade Prevention for Nosocomial Infection Control

OBJECTIVE To study more effective and economical measures while making prevention as the key factor in control of nosocomial infection. METHODS Three-grade prevention strategy was introduced into control of nosocomial infection. RESULTS The first-grade prevention is basic for all staffs and patients. It includes healthy education, knowledge cultivation, environment improvement and execution of rules and regulations. The second-grade prevention is carried out in key departments of hospital which include eliminating the risk factors and making efforts to find, diagnose and treat nosocomial infection as early as possible. The third-grade prevention is to control the development of nosocomial infection and reduce death-rate of nosocomial infection and prevent the outbreak. The three-grade prevention emphasizes comprehensive measures where the prevention is the key factor. CONCLUSIONS The function of three-grade prevention management organization should be fully played in nosocomial infection so as to improve the level of nosocomial infection management.
