| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨在胎儿生长受限(FGR)母血及脐血中的表皮生长因子(EGF)与肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平及相关性。方法:采用放射免疫分析法(R IA)测定足月正常体重儿(对照组)25例,FGR组20例的母血及脐血EGF、TNF-α浓度。结果:FGR组母血、脐血EGF浓度与对照组比较均明显降低(P均<0.01),TNF-α均明显增高(P均<0.05)。EGF、TNF-α浓度呈负相关。结论:母血、脐血EGF减少、TNF-α增加可能与FGR的发生有关,EGF可能通过某种途径抑制TNF-α的细胞毒作用而促进胎儿生长发育。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the changs of epidermal growth factor(EGF) and Tumor Necrosis Factor-α(TNF-α)level in maternal and cord blood of Fetal Growth Restriction(FGR).and the relationship between EGF and TNF-α.Methods:25 cases with term normal birth weight and 20 cases with FGR were examined.EGF and TNF-α concentrations in maternal and cord blood were determined by radioimmunoassay.Results:Compared to the control,EGF concentrations of FGR group in maternal and cord blood both decreased significantly(P<0.01 for all),while TNF-α all increased significantly(P<0.05 for all).In FGR group,there existed negative correlation between EGF and TNF-α.Conclusion:The reduction of EGF and the increase of TNF-α in maternal and cord blood may cause FGR.EGF may inhibit TNF-α by some way,which may accelerate fetal growth. |
