| 摘 要： | 目的:研究凝血因子Ⅷ活性(Ⅷ:C)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、D-二聚体(D-D)、凝血因子Ⅴ活性4项血凝指标在妊娠中的变化,探讨其在DIC诊断和预防中的价值。方法:凝血因子Ⅷ活性(Ⅷ:C)、纤维蛋白原含量(FIB)、血浆D-二聚体(D-D)、凝血因子Ⅴ活性测定共3815例(正常非孕妇女314例,正常孕妇3121例,其中DIC患者16例)。结果:DIC和正常孕妇与正常非孕妇女凝血因子Ⅷ活性(Ⅷ:C)、凝血因子Ⅴ差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FIB、D-D正常孕妇均明显高于正常非孕妇女(P<0.05),并且DIC明显高于正常孕妇(P<0.001)。结论:产前凝血功能检测对预防和治疗DIC的发生和发展有着重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the level and clinical significance of factor Ⅷ,fibrinogen and D-dimer in pregnancy.Methods:16 women with DIC,3 815 normal pregnancy and 314 non-pregnancy women were studied.Results:Factor Ⅷ,fibrinogen and D-dimer activities of women with DIC of pregnancy and normal pregnancy were lower than that of non-pregnancy women (P<0.05).Fibrinogen and D-dimer with non-pregnancy women were significantly lower than that of DIC of pregnancy and normal pregnancy.Conclusion:Ante natal examination of coagulation function of high value in prevention and treatment of DIC of pregnancy. |
