| 摘 要： | 目的:总结卵巢过度刺激综合征(Ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,OHSS)的临床表现及治疗方法。方法:对2005年1月~2007年9月在我院住院治疗的24例OHSS患者病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果:OHSS均发生在促排卵后,临床表现主要有腹胀、恶心、呕吐、腹水、胸水、尿少、血液浓缩、低蛋白血症、水电解质及酸碱平衡失调和氮质血症。2例轻度及1例中度OHSS经观察自动缓解,16例中度及5例重度患者经监护、输白蛋白、扩容、放胸腹水,增加肾血流量等对症治疗后治愈。结论:OHSS在严密监护下,经对症治疗可治愈。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summary the clinical situation and treatment of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome(OHSS).Methods:Twenty-four cases of OHSS was explored through clinical analysis.Results:24 patients were resulted from complication of assistant ovulation.Their main manifestations included abdominal distension,anorexia,asthma,dyspnea,oliguria and ascites.Interventions were given including fluid infusion,antihistamine and abdominal paracentess.The effect was satisfied.Conclusion:Surveillance must be strengthened during the use of ovation stimulating medicines to avoid OHSS. |
