安徽农村已婚育龄妇女流产状况分析

目的:了解安徽省农村已婚育龄妇女的流产状况和主要原因,为采取相应的干预策略提供依据。方法:采用多级抽样的方法抽取1398名农村已婚育龄妇女,用结构化的问卷进行入户调查。结果:共收集有效问卷1221份,应答率为87.3%。调查对象的自然流产率为7.3%,主要原因为孕期劳动强度过大;26.2%的调查对象有过人工流产史,主要原因为政策不允许和暂时不想要。结论:为降低农村育龄妇女的流产率,应加强她们的计划生育政策、避孕知识以及自我保健知识的教育。

Study the abortion status among married women with reproductive age in rural are as of Anhui province

Objective:To learn the status and main causes of abortion in rural areas of Anhui province so as to take specified strategies for intervention.Methods:1 398 rural reproductive women were surveyed at their households using structured questionnaire.Results:A total of 1 221 women were interviewed accounting for a response rate of 87.3%. The rate of spontaneous abortion was 7.3% and the main cause was intensive work in pregnancy time.26.2% women of bearing age had induced abortion and the main causes were family planning policy and no plan to have a child.Conclusion:It is important to stress on the family planning policy, contraception and self-care knowledge education in order to reduce the abortion rate of rural women of bearing age.
