| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)大血管并发症患者中医证候特点。方法将60例T2DM大血管病变患者按中医证候分为阴虚燥热、气阴两虚、阴阳两虚3组,观察舌象和脉象以及病程和中医证候之间的关系。结果 T2DM大血管病变患者发病年龄50~70岁以阴虚燥热者为多,70岁以上以阴阳两虚为主。病程各组之间无显著性差异,3~5 a者居多。阴虚燥热组以舌红、苔黄燥、脉弦数为主,气阴两虚组以舌红、苔少、脉濡细数为主,阴阳两虚组以舌淡胖、苔白腻、沉迟脉细为主。结论 T2DM大血管病变患者的舌象脉象均符合中医基础理论对证候的认识。用客观的方法分析中医证候之间的区别与联系,可以更好地认识中医证候的本质。
