| 摘 要： | 目的探讨川芎嗪对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其可能机制。方法将60例经脑血管造影证实的早期大脑中动脉(MCA)闭塞患者随机分为实验组和对照组各30例,2组均经右侧股动脉行介入溶栓及相同的常规辅助治疗,实验组同时给予川芎嗪静滴,疗程2周。术后2周查脑CT,观察是否存在脑梗死及测量脑梗死体积,并进行神经功能缺损评分。结果治疗2周后,实验组神经功能缺损评分与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),脑梗死体积小于对照组(P<0.05);2组在治疗过程中均未出现严重并发症。结论川芎嗪可有效对抗脑缺血再灌注损伤,其机制可能与川芎嗪具有抗氧化、减轻钙超载、抑制炎性反应作用有关。
