| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃癌中血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)和黏蛋白1(MUC1)的表达与胃癌侵袭和淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用SP免疫组化技术,分别检测207例胃癌组织、癌旁组织、区域淋巴结及40例正常胃黏膜组织中VEGF-C及MUC1的表达水平。同时应用间接免疫荧光法检测VEGF-C和MUC1在正常胃黏膜细胞系(GES-1)、胃高分化腺癌细胞系(N87)、胃低分化腺癌细胞系(BGC-823)的表达和定位。结果 VEGF-C和MUC1在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于正常胃黏膜及癌旁组织;在区域淋巴结癌转移组中的阳性表达率明显高于无癌转移组(P<0.01);伴有淋巴结转移的胃癌组织中VEGF-C,MUC1的阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移组织(P均<0.01);VEGF-C及MUC1表达与淋巴结转移、浸润深度、TNM分期及分化程度有密切关系(P均<0.01),而与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤大小无关(P均>0.05)。VEGF-C及MUC1在正常胃黏膜细胞系、高分化胃癌细胞系、低分化胃癌细胞系的表达有显著性差异(P均<0.01)。结论 VEGF-C和MUC1的表达可作为评估胃癌患者转移与复发的一个观测指标。
