| 摘 要： | 目的通过比较自然流产小鼠及黄芩白术作用小鼠蜕膜细胞凋亡及Bcl-2、Bax蛋白的表达,从细胞及分子水平探讨黄芩白术对自然流产小鼠的保胎作用及对Bcl-2、Bax表达的影响。方法建立自然流产模型和黄芩白术作用模型。用免疫组化SABC法测定2组蜕膜细胞Bcl-2和Bax蛋白的表达,用DNA缺口原位末端标记技术(TUNEL)测定2组蜕膜细胞凋亡情况。结果与自然流产组相比,黄芩白术作用组Bcl-2蛋白的表达升高(P<0.01),Bax蛋白的表达明显降低(P<0.01)。蜕膜细胞凋亡指数自然流产组明显高于黄芩白术作用组(P<0.01)。结论黄芩白术对自然流产小鼠具有保胎作用,能降低凋亡指数和Bax水平,增高Bcl-2水平。
