| 摘 要： | 目的评价以健康管理小组形式对高血压患者进行中医辨证的临床疗效。方法 80例高血压患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组38例。对照组采取常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予中医辨证治疗2,组均4周为1个疗程。观察临床症状改善情况。结果经过1个疗程的治疗,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过社区健康管理小组的形式对高血压患者进行中医辨证治疗,能有效改善其症状和提高生活质量。
