现代免疫学和中医药学对系统性红斑狼疮的病理认识上有其内在联系，中医药学的正邪斗争、阴阳平衡、气血功能、脏腑功能包含了现代免疫学的多种免疫机理。从中医药学与现代免疫学的互相联系中来探讨SLE的发病机理，可以提供中医药治疗SLE的理论依据，指导临床，从而探索一条治疗SLE的新途径。

An Exploration on Mechanism and Treatment of Systemic Lupus Eryhematosus by Relationship Between TCM and Modern Immunology

It is considered that there is pathological inner link on systemic lepus eryhematosus (SLE) between TCM and modern immunology. In TCM, the counteraction between health - qi and pathogenic factor, balance of yin and yang, function of qi and blood, and function of viscera contain multiple immunological mechanisms in modern immunology. From the mutual relation of TCM and modern immunology, the pathogenetic mechanism of SLE is explored, it may be suuplied a theoretical base for the TCM treatment of SLE clinically and to explore a new way for the treatment of SLE.
