| 摘 要： | 目的:观察镍钛聚髌器(NT-PC)和AO改良张力带两种不同内固定方法治疗髌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析手术治疗的46例髌骨骨折患者,其中21例采用NT-PC固定,25例采用AO改良张力带固定;所有病例均进行随访。结果:两种内固定均有良好的固定作用;术后A、B两组膝关节功能的优良率分别为95.24%、84.00%,膝关节活动度分别为90.48%、84.00%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:两种内固定法治疗髌骨骨折可以获得同样的满意疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of two kinds of internal fixation methods on treatment of patella fractures.Method:46 cases of patella fractures were retrospectively analyzed.21 cases of all patients were treated with NT-PC,and others were performed with AO modified tension ban.All patients were followed up.Result:Two groups had been well fixed.The excellent and good rates of the function of knee joints in group A and B was 95.24% and 84.00% respectively.The excellent and good rate of ROM in group A and B was 90.48% and 84.00% respectively.There was no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion:Both different methods have the same satisfied efficiency in treatment of patella fracture. |
