老年病人脑卒中后抑郁与社会支持的相关分析及心理护理

目的研究老年病人脑卒中后抑郁与社会支持相关性,做好心理护理。方法对60例老年脑卒中病人进行抑郁与社会支持的心理量表调查,分析相关性。结果老年病人脑卒中后抑郁与社会支持呈负相关(r=-0.28,P<0.05)。60例老年脑卒中病人抑郁占36.66%。结论老年脑卒中后抑郁与社会支持呈负相关。在早期进行心理护理的同时不可忽视社会支持系统的作用,以帮助患者适应疾病过程,减少脑卒中后抑郁发生率,提高生存质量。

Correlation between post-stroke depression in old patients and social support and psychological nursing

Objective To study the correction between post-stroke depression in old patients and social support and psychological nursing.Methods The correlation between post-stroke depression in old patients and social support was performed by surveying60aged stroke patients with the Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS).Besides,they received psychological nursing in the treatment.Res ults It was found that post-stroke depression in old patients was negatively correlated with social support(r=-0.28,P<0.05).The depression rate in the60stroke patients took up36.66%.Conclus ion The correlation between post-stroke depression in old patients and social support is negative,indicating that we cannot ignore the role of social support while performing psychological nursing in order to help the patients adapted into the disease,thus reduce post-stroke depression occurrence and increase the quality of life.
