蜂胶胶囊对小鼠的毒性及对体内SOD酶、MDA含量的影响研究

摘    要:目的:研究蜂胶胶囊的毒性作用和对小鼠体内抗氧化活性的影响。方法:采用NIH健康小鼠进行急性毒性实验、骨髓微核实验、小鼠精子畸形实验及30天喂养实验^[1],SOD酶、MDA含量测定按试剂盒所附方法。结果:蜂胶胶囊对小鼠急性毒性实验LD50>20000mg/Kg,属无毒级;骨髓微核、精子畸变、30天喂养试验均无明显毒性作用(P>0.05)。SOD酶活力各实验组均高于对照组(P<0.01),且有剂量反应关系;MDA含量各实验组均低于对照组,但两两比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:综上结果可初步断定蜂胶胶囊是一种安全、无毒且能提高机体抗氧化能力的保健食品,有待于进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective:To study the toxicity of propolis and its effect on free radical in NIH mice.Methods:Acute toxicity test,Micronucleus test of bone marrow cell,the test of sperm shape abnormality in mice and 30 days feeding test were carried out,the content of SOD and MDA was determined with related reagent kit.Result:Animal experiment demonstrated that the LD 50 of propolis is 20000mg/Kg (oral to NIH mice).Micronucleus test,the test of sperm shape abnormality and thirty days feeding test showed that propolis has not significant difference on toxicity compared with the control group ( P >0 05).The activity of SOD in all experimental groups was higher than that of control group( P <0 01) whereas the higher concentrations resulted in a concentration related increase.The MDA content of all experiment groups was lower than that of control group,but no significantly different compared with the control( P >0 05).Conclusions:The results determined that propolis is a kind of safe, non toxic healthy food.The further study is necessary.
