高频电刀联合氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗复发性尖锐湿疣

目的探讨高频电刀联合5-氨基酮戊酸(ALA)光动力治疗(ALA-PDT)复发性尖锐湿疣的优化疗效。方法将复发尖锐湿疣患者156例,随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组,每组78例,第1组为高频电刀治疗组;第2组为高频电刀联合光动力治疗组,高频电刀去除疣体后立即行光动力疗法治疗,在末次治疗后第1周进行疗效评价,治疗后3个月内对患者进行随访,以评价复发率。结果两组病例均在治疗后疣体完全消失,黏膜恢复正常。第1组复发率为55.1%,平均复发时间为24.56d;第2组复发率为9.0%,平均复发天数为80.1d。结论 5-ALA光动力疗法联合高频电刀能有效治疗复发性尖锐湿疣,尤其是能有效减少复发,延长复发时间。

High Frequency Electricity Knife Combined with Aminolevulinic Acid Photodynamic Therapy for the Treatment of Recurrent Condyloma Acuminatum

Objective To observe the effect of high frequency electric knife and 5-amino ALA(ALA) photodynamic therapy(ALA-PDT) for the treatment of recurrent condyloma acuminatum Methods 156 cases of patients with recurrent genital warts were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,78 cases per group,the first group-control group was treatment group of high-frequency electric knife,the second group-treatment group for high-frequency electric knife combined photodynamic therapy group.high-frequency electric knife eliminate immediately before the use of photodynamic therapy.The last first week after treatment to evaluate the curative effect,in the 3 months following treatment of patients were followed up to evaluate the rate of recurrence. Results Two groups in the treatment of warts disappeared completely after all,return to normal mucosa.The first group of recurrence rate was 55.1%,the average time to recurrence of 24.56 d;the second group of recurrence rate was 9.0%,the average recurrence of stay for 80.1 d. Conclusion 5-ALA photodynamic therapy combined with high-frequency electric knife treatment is effective in treating recurrent genital warts,in particular,can effectively reduce recurrence and prolong time to recurrence.
