225例终末期肾脏病血液透析患者的临床观察分析

目的 ESRD发病率高,血液透析技术的改进后,可维持生命,提高生命质量,延长寿命。方法本组ESRD维持性血液透析患者225例,全部采用碳酸盐透析,聚风透析膜,透析面积1.4 cm2～1.6 cm2,血流量220～280 mL/min,每周2～3次,每次4 h。结果本组ERSD患者死亡率12.4%,原发病病因：慢性肾小球肾炎为首发,高血压肾病居第二,糖尿病肾病第三,心血管疾病是ESRD维持性血液透析患者的首要死因,第二位为脑血管疾病,第三位为感染。结论血液透析技术改进后,并发症得到早期治疗,降低了死亡率,亦提高了生存率。

Clinical Observation of 225 Hemodialysis Patients with End-stage Renal Disease

Objective ESRD has high incidence now,hemodialysis can sustain life,improve the quality of life,extend the lifespan of mice. Methods the ESRD patients on maintenance hemodialysis in 225 cases,all using bicarbonate dialysis,dialysis membrane of poly wind,dialysis area of 1.4 cm2~1.6 cm2,the blood flow of 220~280 mL/min.In week 2~3 times,each time 4 h. Results The mortality in patients with ERSD was 12.4%.The original causes: first is chronic glomerulonephritis,in second hypertensive nephropathy,diabetic nephropathy is third cause,and cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in patients with maintenance hemodialysis,second are cerebrovascular disease,infection accounted for third. Conclusion Following the hemodialysis technology improved,the complication can be treated early,mortality decreased,the survival rate improved.
