依巴斯汀联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

目的探讨卡介菌多糖核酸联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效及安全性。方法 363例慢性荨麻疹患者分为两组,治疗组189例,给予依巴斯汀10 mg,1次/d口服;卡介菌多糖核酸注射液0.7 mg,隔天1次,肌肉注射;对照组174例,给予依巴斯汀10 mg,1次/d口服。两组均4周为1个疗程,以后每疗程递减依巴斯汀,5个疗程结束治疗。结果治疗结束时,总评分治疗组疗效优于对照组(P﹤0.05),治疗组总有效率63.8%,无明显副作用。结论卡介菌多糖核酸联合依巴斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效满意,安全性高。

Ebastine Combined BCG-PSN in the Treatment of Chronic Urticaria

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of ebastine combined BCG-PSN in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 363 patients with chronic urticaria were divided into two groups,treatment group was 189 cases,ebastine 10 mg once a day oral administration,BCG-PSN 0.7 mg,intramuscular injection once a day.Control group was 174 cases,ebastine 10 mg once a day oral administration.Four weeks as a course.After each treatment course reduced the amount of ebastine.Five courses end of treatment. Results The total score in the treatment group was better than in the control group(P<0.05),Treatment group was 63.8% efficiency,no significant side effects. Conclusion BCG-PSN combined ebastine mightbe satisfactory and safe in the treatment of chronic urticaria.
