浅层吸脂在大龄患者形体塑造中的应用探讨

目的:研究浅层吸脂的方法在大龄患者形体塑造中的应用。方法:采用平压或抓捏皮肤,对皮下脂肪形成一定的挤压力,抽脂管伸入浅层脂肪,吸孔先朝下,后朝上,再向左、右两侧方向,缓慢抽吸。结果:本组55例,术后腹部血清肿1例,皮下瘀斑7例(7-10天后消失),未发生皮肤坏死并发症。3月内吸脂区皮肤变硬,4-6个月后皮肤回缩,外观及皮肤颜色逐渐恢复正常。医患双方对吸脂后的效果满意。结论:改进浅层吸脂方法,可以达到形体塑造的目的,而且效果确实、安全可靠。

The application of superficial liposuction in shaping body in the old

Objective To study the method of superficial liposuction in shaping body in the old. Methods The skin was pressed and pinched to form appropriate pressure in superficial fat. Liposuction was performed slowly after the tube was penetrated into superficial fat, and the hole was first directed downward, then upward, and both sides at last. Results In 55 cases, abdominal haematoma(1 case) and hypodermal petechia(7 cases) appeared after treatment and disappeared 7-10 days later. No necrosis or other complication happened. Skin of the treatment field turned rigid in 3 months and contracted 4-6 months later, and then recovered gradually. Conclusion Superficial liposuction in shaping body in the old proved to be safe and effective due to improvement of the method.
