中西医结合治疗混合性焦虑抑郁障碍临床研究

摘    要:目的 探讨中西医结合治疗混合性焦虑和抑郁障碍的临床疗效。方法 将 6 4例混合性焦虑抑郁障碍患者随机分为观察组 (中西医结合治疗组 ) 32例 ,对照组 (单纯抗焦虑抑郁剂治疗组 ) 32例 ,治疗前后两组均采用HAMA、HAMD减分率评定疗效并观察HAMA因子分的变化 ,采用TESS评定副反应。结果 观察组治疗前后HAMA均分比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,对照组治疗前后有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;两组间比较 ,观察组较对照组减分率大 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;副反应观察组较对照组轻微 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 中西医结合治疗混合性焦虑抑郁障碍疗效好 ,对精神病性焦虑有显著疗效

Abstract:Objective To explore the curative effect of combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in patients with mixed anxiety and depressive disorder. Methods 64 patients were randomly divided into research group(n=32,combination 0f Chinese traditional and Western medicine) and control group(n=32,single anti-anxiolytic or -depressant).Changes of factor's score of HAMA were observed with score-decrease rates of HAMA and HAMD, and side effects evaluated with TESS before and after treatment. Results There was the most significant difference in the mean score of HAMA in research group between pre- and post-treatment(P<0.01) and significant difference in control group(P<0.05);comparing the 2 groups, rate of score-decrease was higher and side effect milder in research group, and both the differences were significant(P<0.01,P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine has better curative effect in mixed anxiety and depressive disorder and best in psychotic anxiety.
