| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨彩色多普勒(CDFI)对医源性假性动脉瘤(PSA)的诊断和治疗价值。方法:利用CDFI对12例介入术后PSA进行诊断并在CDFI引导下对PSA行压迫修复治疗,未成功者行CDFI引导下瘤腔内凝血酶注射治疗。结果:9例CDFI引导下行压迫治疗成功,3例未成功者行CDFI引导下瘤腔内凝血酶注射治疗一次成功。结论:CDFI对医源性PSA的诊断很有价值;CDFI引导压迫治疗方法简便,但患者痛苦大;而CDFI引导下假腔内注射凝血酶作用迅速、微创、安全有效,值得在临床上推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in the diagnosis and treatment of pseudoaneurysms(PSA).Methods 12 patients were found to have a pseudoaneurysm confirmed by ultrasound.All patients were treated with ultrasound guided compression repair.Ultrasound guided percutaneous injection of thrombin directly into the sac of the pseudoaneurysm was applied on the unsuccessful patients.Results Successful repair was observed in 9 patients after ultrasound-guided compression treatment patients.3 patients were successfully treated with ultrasound-guided percutaneous thrombin injection.Conclusion CDFI could be used to correctly diagnose PSA,and Interventional ultrasound treatment is a safe and effective method.It's worth widely applying in clinical medicine. |
