| 摘 要： | 目的研究重组合异种骨（ＲＢＸ）对动物尺骨和人体颌骨骨缺损的修复过程。方法通过在骨缺损区放置ＲＢＸ，用Ｘ线及组织学方法观察术后新骨生长情况。结果发现ＲＢＸ不仅有机械充填作用，还具有高效的骨诱导活性，而且在植骨区未发现免疫排斥反应，也未发现颌骨畸形及无限制生长，起到良好的骨连接作用。结论ＲＢＸ是一种较理想的骨缺损修复资料。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the repairing process with reconstituted bone xenograft (RBX) to animal's ulna and human's jaw. Methods Defected bones were replaced with RBX, and observe new bone growth histologically and radiologically. Results RBX had mechanical filling function and activity of new bone induction. There was no immunological rejectiondeformity of jaw and unlimited growing in the area of bone grafting. RBX was helpful to bone connect. Conclusion RBX might be considered as an ideal repairing material for bone-defect. |
