基质金属蛋白酶-3在实验性腰椎间盘退变中的表达及其意义

摘    要:目的检测实验性椎间盘退变中MMP-3的表达,进一步研究椎间盘退变的发病机制。方法建立SD大鼠腰椎间盘退变模型为实验组,正常SD大鼠为对照组,每组各16只,采用免疫组织化学、SDS—PAGE进行检测两组椎间盘组织中MMP-3的表达。结果实验组和对照组的椎间盘组织均有MMP-3表达,实验组的MMP-3表达较对照组显著增高(P〈0.05)。结论MMP-3在腰椎间盘退变的发生和发展中起着非常重要的作用。

Abstract:Objective To detect the expression of Matrix Metalloproteinase- 3 in experimental lumbar intervertebral disc and investigate the role of Matrix Metalloproteinase - 3 in the course of intervertebral disc degeneration. Methods To develop SD rats lumbar degeneration disc model by operation as experimental group and the normal SD rats as control group. Every group had 16 rats. The expression of MMP - 3 was investigated with immumohistochemistry and SDS- PAGE analysis. Results The positive expression of MMP- 3 tissues of experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group. The expression of MMP3 protein and its activity in the experimental group was increased obviously. Conclusion It plays an important role for Matrix Metalloproteinase - 3 in the course of intervertebral disc degeneration.
