阿魏酸钠治疗不稳定型心绞痛50例疗效观察

目的观察阿魏酸钠治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛（unstable angina,UA）的临床疗效。方法将100例UA患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各50例。均常规使用硝酸甘油制剂、β受体阻滞剂、辛伐他丁、肝素。在此基础上,治疗组用阿魏酸钠注射液300 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml或0.9%氯化钠注射液250 ml中静滴,1次/d,共用14 d。对照组使用复方丹参注射液20 ml加入5%葡萄糖250 ml或0.9%氯化钠250 ml中静滴,1次/d,共用14 d。结果治疗组总有效率为86.0%,对照组总有效率为60.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论阿魏酸钠治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著,副作用少。

Clinical observation on effect of sodium ferulate in patients with unstable angina: report of 50 eases

Objective To explore the effect and safety of sodium ferulate in patients with unstable angina.Methods 100 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in the treatment group（n=50） were given sodium ferulate 300mg by IV drip qd for 14 d,besides routine treatment.And the control group（n=50） given danshen injection 20 ml by IV drip qd for 14d,in addition to the routine treatment.After 2 weeks,the clinical and side effects were observed in all patients.Results The overall effective rate in the sodium ferulate was 86.0% and 65% in the control group.There were significant differences between the 2 groups（P〈0.01） and the two groups had no adverse reaction rate.Conclusion The sodium ferulate is an effective and safe drug for the treatment of the patients with unstable angina.
