利多卡因与舒芬太尼对丙泊酚注射痛预防作用的比较

目的:比较目前最强效的镇痛药物舒芬太尼和经典的、广泛被大众所认可的利多卡因对预防丙泊酚注射痛的价值。方法:将ASAI-Ⅲ级的择期手术患者300例,按随机序列数字法分为三组,每组100例。L组为利多卡因组,预先注射2%利多卡因60 mg;S组为舒芬太尼组,预先注射舒芬太尼10μg;C组为生理盐水对照组。记录各组在注射药物前后SBP、DBP、HR;静脉注射丙泊酚过程中询问疼痛情况,按照不痛、轻度疼痛、中度疼痛、重度疼痛记录疼痛程度。结果:L、S组的丙泊酚注射痛发生率显著低于C组(P<0.01),L组的注射痛发生率显著低于S组(P<0.05)。结论:预先注射利多卡因能有效地抑制或减轻丙泊酚注射痛,其效果优于预先注射舒芬太尼。

Comparison of prevention role of lidocaine and sufentanil on propofol injection pain

Objective To compare the prophylactic effects of Lidocaine and sufentanil on Propofol - induced injection pain. Methods In this double -blinded,randomized and controlled study,300 patients （ ASA I - In ） ,scheduled to undergo elective surgery,were assigned into three groups （ n = 100/greup）. Group L received 3 ml of 2% Lidocaine before Prepofol injection, Group S received 10 ug of sufentanil before Propofol injection,and Group C received normal saline. The patients＇situation,including vital signs and pain index were recorded. Results The incidence of the pain was significantly lower in Group L and S than in Group C（P 〈0. 01 ） The pain incidence of Group L was significantly lower than that of Group S （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The pre - injecting of Lidocaine can effectively suppress or attenuate Propofol - induced injection pain and its effect is better than sufentanil＇s.
