沐舒坦联合雾化吸入对支气管肺炎的临床疗效

目的:分析沐舒坦联合雾化吸痰是否改善婴儿支气管肺炎预后。方法:将小婴儿支气管肺炎患儿80例随机分为治疗组(常规治疗+氨溴索静脉滴注联合雾化吸入)和对照组(常规治疗),分析对比治疗后两组患儿临床症状、体征变化及消失时间、用药后的不良反应及肺不张发生率。结果:治疗组应用沐舒坦静脉滴注联合雾化吸入治疗,在口吐白沫消失时间、体温降至正常时间、肺部体征消失时间以及住院疗程均较对照组明显缩短。结论:氨溴索静脉滴注联合雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎具有良好疗效,可减少并发症发生率,值得临床推广。

Clinical efficacy of atomizing inhalation of ambroxol on bronchial pneumonia

Objective Analysis whether ambroxol atomization suction improved infant bronchial pneumonia patients. Methods 80 cases of infant bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into the treatment group （ routine treatment plus ambroxol intravenous combined inhalation） and control group （routine treatment）, the two groups after treatment in clinical symptoms, signs and disappearing time, adverse reactions and the incidence rate of pulmonary atelectasis were analysised and compared. Results In the treatment group, ambroxol intravenous combined with inhalation therapy, froth disappearance time, body temperature returned to normal time, the lungs symptom vanishing time and hospitalization duration were significantly shorter than the control group in the mouth. Conclusion Ambroxol intravenous combined inhalation has good efficacy in treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia, can reduce the incidence of complications, worthy of clinical application.
