失效模式和效应分析在股骨粗隆间骨折术后预防肺部感染治疗中的应用

目的:探讨失效模式和效应分析在股骨粗隆间骨折术后预防肺部感染治疗中的应用效果。方法:筛选股骨粗隆间骨折患者156例作为研究对象,所有患者均采取切开复位内固定法治疗骨折,采用随机数表法将所有患者分为观察组与对照组,每组78例。对照组行临床基础护理措施,观察组接受失效模式与效应分析护理干预,比较两组患者术后肺部感染发生及RPN指标、住院时间、护理满意度。结果:观察组患者术后发生肺部感染2例(2.56%),对照组发生19例(24.36%),两组患者肺部感染发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者RPN值、住院时间及护理满意度明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:股骨粗隆间骨折围手术期应用失效模式及效应分析护理干预可有效降低术后肺部感染并发症发生率,对改善患者预后、提高临床治疗效果、提高临床护理满意度具有重要价值。

Prevention applications of failure mode and effects analysis between treatment of pulmonary infection

Objective To investigate prevention application effect the failure mode and effects analysis in intertrochanteric fracture sur- gery in the treatment of pulmonary infection. Method 156 cases of fracture were screened for the study. All patients were taken to the open reduction and fixation treatment of fractures, using a random number table method. All patients were divided into observation group and control group. 78 cases in the control group underwent basic clinical care measures,78 cases in the observation group were accepted failure mode and effects analysis nursing intervention. Postoperative pulmonary infection, RPN index hospitalization and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The patients in the observation group had two eases of pulmonary infection （2. 56% ） ,the control group had 19 eases （24. 36% ）, the incidence of pulmonary infection were significantly different in two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; observe patients RPN value, hospi- talization and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher, The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion intertrochanteric fracture perioperative failure mode and effects analysis nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications of infection,to improve the prognosis of patients,improve clinical outcomes, increase satisfaction with clinical care. It has an important value.
