唑来膦酸联合奥施康定治疗骨转移癌止痛疗效观察

目的:探讨唑来膦酸联合奥施康定治疗骨转移癌止痛疗效。方法:将收治的60例癌症患者随机分为对照组和试验组,其中试验组采用唑来膦酸联合奥施康定治疗,对照组采用奥施康定治疗,治疗相同时间后对两组的止痛效果、奥施康定用量、患者生活质量改善、不良反应发生率等方面进行比较。结果:两组治疗相同时间后止痛效果和不良反应发生率相当(P>0.05),但是试验组在降低奥施康定用量和改善患者的生活质量方面显示更加大的优势(P<0.05)。结论:采用唑来膦酸联合奥施康定治疗骨转移癌止痛疗效确定,能使患者改善生活质量方面获益。

The analgesic effect of Azoles Levin acid combined with Oxycontin in the treatment of bone metastases

Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of azoles Levin acid combined with Oxycontin in the treatment of bone metastases. Method 60 cases of cancer were randomly divided into control group and experimental group ,the experimental group used azoles Levin acid combined with oxycontin therapy,the control group used OxyContin therapy, after treatment the same time on the analgesic effect in both groups, the amount of OxyContin, the quality of llfe of patients improvement, the incidence of adverse reactions, such as respect for comparison. Results After treatment the same time the analgesic effect and adverse reaction rate were almost the same （ P 〉 0.05 ） , but the experimental group showed a greater advantage in reducing the amount of OxyContin and improving the quality of life of patients aspects （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The analgesic etllcacy of Azoles Levin acid combined OxyContin in the treatment of bone metastases is sure, it can improve the quality of life.
