34例子宫内膜癌临床分析

目的探讨子宫内膜癌临床与手术病理分期的差异及影响因素。方法回顾性分析2006年7月至2007年6月34例子宫内膜癌临床资料,记录临床分期、手术病理分期、病理类型及是否绝经、肌层浸润等。结果 34例子宫内膜癌临床分期与手术分期符合率为91.18%,各种影响因素中绝经、孕产次对内膜癌的影响有临床意义。结论对子宫内膜癌患者术前进行多因素综合评估,以提高临床分期的准确性,以便正确地选择术式及指导术后的治疗,客观判断预后。

Clinical Analysis of 34 Cases of Endometrial Carcinoma

Objective To explore the difference and influencing factors in clinical stage and operated-pathological stage of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Retrospective analysis of 34 cases operated of endometrial carcinoma during July 2006 and June 2007. In the meantime, clinical stage, operated-pathological stage, pathological type, pre-menopause or post-menopause and pregnancy parturition times and myometrial invasion were recorded. Results In 34 patients whose clinical stage accorded with operated-pathological stage, accordance was 91.18%, of all different influencing factors, menopause and pregnancy parturition times were significantly correlated myometrial invasion. Conclusion To evaluate the clinical stage of the endometrial carcinoma should be combined with multifactor, so that it can be improved for the accurateness of clinical stage, correct choice of operation and instruction of the therapy as well as predicting prognosis.
