脑出血急性期针刺治疗介入时机的临床观察

目的探讨针刺介入时机对脑出血急性期病人肢体功能恢复的影响及早期介入针刺治疗的安全性.方法采用随机法将90例脑出血急性期病人分为3组,分别于入院后生命体征稳定时、2周、4周介入针刺治疗,基础治疗相同;采用简式Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)、改良Barthel氏ADL指数(BI)进行评价.结果治疗后3组病人的FMA评分比较,24 h介入针刺组和2周介入针刺组之间,24 h介入针刺组和4周介入针刺组之间均有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);BI指数评分比较3组间均有显著性差异(P<0.05, P<0.01 ,P<0.05).结论针刺治疗能有效改善病人的运动功能和日常生活活动能力;及早介入针刺治疗是安全可行的.

Acupuncture time in treatment of hematencephalon in acute phase

Objective To investigate the influence of acupuncture time on the recovery of limb function of the patient with hematencephalon in acute phase and the safety of early acupuncture. Method Ninety patients with hematencephalon in acute phase were randomly divided into three groups. The acupuncture was given to them at the time of their vital signs being stable (group 1), at 2nd week (group 2) and at 4th week (group 3) respectively besides the basal treatment. Fugl-meyer assessment (FMA) and Barthel index (BI) were used to evaluate the effects. Result There was a significant difference in FMA between group 1 and group 2, and it was the same between group 1 and group 3 (P<0.05, P<0.01). There were significant differences in BI among three groups (P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture can improve the locomotive function and daily life ability of the patient with hematencephalon in acute phase. The early acupuncture is safe and has a better curative effect.
