经颈外静脉置入中心静脉导管的方法和管理

目的探讨经颈外静脉置人中心静脉导管存在的风险因素及管理措施。方法对19例患者经颈外静脉置人中心静脉导管，分析其存在的风险因素，并做好相关风险因素的管理。结果19例患者均置管成功；置管过程中发生堵管2例，导管滑脱1例：经相应处置后均继续保留导管。12例因化疗结束拔管，置管时间73-247d，平均（187±18．13）d；5例患者死亡，2例放弃治疗。结论加‘强对经颈外静脉置人中心静脉导管风险因素的管理．可以减轻患者行中心静脉置管的风险，提高患者的生存质量和满意度。

Method and Management of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter

Objective To explore the risks and management of peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） through the peripheral vein. Methods Peripherally inserted central catheter（PICC） was performed v/a the peripheral vein in 19 patients. And the risk factors were analyzed and management of these factors was planned. Results PICC was successfully performed in all 19 patients. There were 2 cases with blocage during intubation, 1 case of shedding of the catheter, which was maintained after management. Twelve patients withdrew the catheter due to the end of chemotherapy, with a period of 73-247 days, mean （187±18. 13）d. Five patients died and 2 gave up treatment. Conclusion Intensified management of the risks factors of PICC can reduce the risks and increase the quality of life of patients.
