肺硬化性血管瘤的CT诊断

目的探讨CT对肺硬化性血管瘤的诊断价值.方法回顾性分析14例经病理证实的肺硬化性血管瘤的CT表现,其中10例行常规CT扫描,4例动态增强CT扫描.结果14例肺硬化性血管瘤中13例单发,1例多发.CT平扫肿瘤边界清楚,呈圆形、椭圆形,6例病灶内可见钙化灶,2例病灶周围可见空气新月征.增强后扫描病灶均有明显强化.动态增强扫描,平均强化值达(72.8±8.6)Hu.结论肺硬化性血管瘤在CT平扫中具有一般良性肿瘤的特点,增强扫描尤其是动态增强CT扫描对其诊断有较高价值.病灶周围出现空气新月征,有助于硬化性血管瘤的诊断.

CT assessment of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma

Objective To access the value of CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary sclerosing hemangiomas. Methods Fourteen cases of pulmonary sclerosing hemangiomas comfired pathologically were included in this retrospective study. Ten cases underwent conventional CT scan. Dynamic contrast enhanced CT scan was performed in 4 cases. Results Thirteen cases had solitary lesion and one case had multiple lesions. The lesions were demonstrated as well defined round or ovid masses, six with focus of calcification.The air meniscus sign was seen in two patients. Eight masses enhanced significantly after the injection of contrast materials. In dynamic study, the maximum enhanced CT values were (72.8±8.6) Hu. Conclusion Pulmonary sclerosing hemangiomas manifest the features of benign tumor in the non enhanced CT. Dynamic contrast enhanced CT and the sign of air meniscus can be helpful in diagnosing sclerosing hemangioma.
